Terms of Service
Terms for using the Angeles Tech website, early-access experiences, software projects, and related public materials.
Effective date: September 15, 2026
A straightforward agreement
By accessing angelestech.com or using an Angeles Tech project, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the affected website or project. Angeles Tech is an independent technology brand operated by Tansu Cabaci.
CURRENT POSITION
Projects may be experimental, in early access, or marked Beta. No paid plan, subscription, or purchase is currently offered through the website unless a specific page clearly states otherwise.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to the Angeles Tech website, public content, feedback and early-access programs, browser extensions, software tools, prototypes, and other projects that link to these Terms. A specific project may also include additional notices or product terms. If those project-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the project-specific terms control for that project.
2. Early access and Beta projects
Early-access, preview, experimental, and Beta projects may be incomplete, change frequently, contain errors, or stop working. Features, supported platforms, data formats, and availability may change without notice. Do not rely on an experimental project as the sole record of important information.
Back up any locally stored information that matters to you. Participation in early access does not guarantee future access, a commercial release, or continued support.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the website and projects only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any product instructions. You may not:
Interfere with security, availability, or normal operation; Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; Use a project to violate law or another person’s rights; Reverse engineer or redistribute protected code except where law or an applicable open-source license permits it; Misrepresent an Angeles Tech project as your own or as officially affiliated with another platform.
4. Feedback and communications
You may choose to send feedback, issue reports, feature requests, survey answers, or early-access requests. You confirm that you have the right to share what you send. Please do not send confidential information, passwords, authentication tokens, prompt text, AI responses, or other sensitive material unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
You allow Angeles Tech to review and use non-confidential feedback to evaluate, improve, or develop projects without payment or obligation to implement it. Requested emails may be stopped by contacting support.
5. Third-party platforms and links
Projects may interact with or refer to third-party websites, AI tools, browsers, stores, hosting providers, or libraries. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Angeles Tech does not control their availability, content, policies, or technical changes.
References to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Chrome, Google, or other products describe compatibility only. Unless clearly stated, Angeles Tech is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with those providers.
6. Ownership and permitted use
The Angeles Tech name, visual identity, original website content, and proprietary project materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the website and available projects for their intended purpose.
Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Third-party names, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Changes and availability
A website feature or project may be modified, paused, limited, or discontinued at any time. These Terms may also be updated. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
8. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and projects are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angeles Tech and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or interruption arising from use of or inability to use the website or a project. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
10. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains website data practices. Product-specific privacy information may also apply, including the separate policy for AI Work Analytics.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or ended when reasonably necessary to protect a project, users, security, or legal compliance, or when these Terms are violated. Provisions that logically survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where legally permitted, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
